Daisy left ITV News to go freelance in early 2013 after seven years during which time she was their most senior female reporter, having been Chief Political Correspondent, Economics Editor and Special Correspondent. Her reporting took her far and wide,  including a gas rig in the North Sea!

 Daisy was ITV News' Chief Political Correspondent. She has interviewed every Prime Minister since John Major.

Daisy was the first journalist to interview David Cameron as Conservative Party Leader. 

As Economics Editor she reported on the credit crunch and recession from all over the world. 

Daisy discusses Brexit amendments passed under Prime Minister Theresa May.

Daisy was the launch presenter of BBC 2's flagship daily political show the Daily Politics  with Andrew Neil.
